If you misplaced your email confirmations in your inbox, or need easy access to your account’s order history and invoices, follow the steps below:
- Log into Marmoset’s billing portal with your Marmoset account credentials: https://marmoset.co/shop/account/.
- Navigate to the ‘Orders’ page.
- You will see your account’s order history here, and under the ‘Actions’ column, click the “PDF Invoice >” button to download a copy of that order’s invoice.
If you don’t see any specific orders you’re looking for, you may have placed them originally under a separate user account. Feel free to contact our support team (support@marmoset.co) to help locate and reassign any past order history to the correct user account.
