The Decal Tool provides interactive controls for editing Decal Layers directly in the viewport. It allows elements to be repositioned by dragging them along the mesh surface and adjusted in place using on-screen controls. This tool also exposes parameters for adjusting the decal’s size, rotation, projection distance, and falloff, allowing you to fine-tune how it is positioned and blended with the underlying geometry.
