All licenses for Marmoset Toolbag software require authentication over the internet with Toolbag’s license server. Trial licenses will require a successful connection upon each startup of the software. A full license, Perpetual or Subscription, once successfully authenticated on a machine, will allow for a 7-day offline grace period before re-authentication is required.
Note: If your network has limited public internet access and an exception needs to be added to your network or security software (or router settings), the Toolbag executable requires inbound/outbound communication with our license server at: account.marmoset.co, and the Library asset server at: library.marmoset.co. Each connects over HTTPS (port 443).
